After a walk down a short set of stairs, you enter into the common kitchen and living area. The granite bar beckons you to pull up a stool and chat with your friends while cooking a quick meal in the galley style kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, disposal, gas stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator.

The 5 bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms with bright updated tile showers and floors. Each bedroom has full sized egress windows (which let in more light than a typical basement configuration), closet space and carpeted floors. Bedroom #2 also contains an external access door and a small kitchenette. Laundry facilities are accessible to all bedrooms in the living room.
